Day 1

Nairobi - Amboseli National Park

Your safari begins in the morning as you depart Nairobi for Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. The drive takes approximately 4-5 hours, covering a distance of around 240 km via the Nairobi-Mombasa highway and entering the park through Kimana Gate.Upon arrival at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge, you will check in and have lunch while enjoying the scenic views of the park. After a short rest, embark on an afternoon game drive, exploring Amboseli’s vast open plains, acacia woodlands, and marshlands.The park is famous for its large herds of elephants, often seen in the foreground of Mount Kilimanjaro. Other wildlife includes lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and numerous bird species.The golden hues of Kilimanjaro’s peak during sunset create a breathtaking backdrop for photography.After the game drive, return to Sentrim Amboseli for dinner

Day 2

Amboseli National Park-Route Back to Nairobi

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive, one of the best times to spot wildlife as animals are most active before the midday heat. Drive across Amboseli’s diverse landscapes, from dry lake beds to lush swamps where hippos and elephants gather. If the weather is clear, you will have spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Continue exploring the park until around 11:00 AM, then exit and start your journey back to Nairobi. En route, stop at Emali Town for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, proceed with the drive to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon.
