Mombasa – Fly to Masai Mara – Game Drive
Upon landing at the Mara airstrip, enjoy a short game drive on the way to your lodge or camp.
After lunch, go on your first afternoon safari through the expansive plains. The Masai Mara is teeming with wildlife – from large herds of elephants to the elusive big cats. Return to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful night under the African stars.
Full-Day Game Drives in Masai Mara
After an early breakfast, spend a full day exploring Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives, or choose a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch.Traverse rolling grasslands in search of the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo. Visit the Mara River to look for hippos and crocodiles and possibly witness dramatic crossings (seasonal).Optionally, you can book a sunrise hot-air balloon safari followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.Dinner and overnight at the lodge or camp.
Morning Game Drive – Return Flight to Mombasa
Enjoy a final early morning game drive and soak in the last moments of the wild. After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Mombasa. On arrival, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel or resort.
