Nairobi – Lake Nakuru National Park
Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a scenic game drive through the acacia woodland and lakeshore ecosystem, famous for its flocks of flamingos and a healthy population of both Black and White Rhinos. Lake Nakuru is also home to lions, leopards, buffaloes, waterbucks, and Rothschild giraffes. After lunch at your lodge, you’ll head out for an afternoon game drive, possibly catching glimpses of predators preparing for their evening hunt. As the sun sets, return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight within the lodge in the park.
Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha
Game drive before breakfast then After breakfast, depart for nearby Lake Naivasha, a peaceful freshwater lake surrounded by acacia forests and farmland. Arrive in time for a boat ride on the lake, where you can spot hippos basking in the shallows and a wide array of birdlife, including African fish eagles and kingfishers. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a guided nature walk visit to Crescent Island, a private wildlife sanctuary where you can walk among zebras, giraffes, gazelles, and waterbucks. Relax at your lodge by the lake and enjoy the serene atmosphere. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge or tented camp in Naivasha.
Lake Naivasha – Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, the journey continues south toward to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro near the Kenya-Tanzania border. You’ll arrive in time for lunch at your lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive through the park’s open plains. Amboseli is best known for its large herds of elephants and breathtaking views of snow-capped Kilimanjaro, especially during early morning and sunset hours.Wildlife is abundant, with chances to see lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, and numerous bird species. After a rewarding game drive, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay in the hotel or Lodge
Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Spend the entire day exploring Amboseli’s diverse habitats, from marshlands and swamps fed by underground springs to savannah and acacia woodland. Start the morning with a game drive as animals are most active at this time. You might witness elephants grazing with Mt. Kilimanjaro as your backdrop – a classic safari scene.Optionally, you may visit a nearby Maasai village to experience the culture and traditions of the local communities. Return to your lodge for Dinner and Overnight at the lodge.
Amboseli – Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast, leave Amboseli and travel eastward to Tsavo West National Park, known for its dramatic landscapes, lava flows, and the famous Mzima Springs. These crystal-clear springs are fed by underground rivers and host a rich variety of aquatic life including hippos and crocodiles, visible from a submerged viewing chamber. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge and later in the afternoon, venture out again to explore the Shetani Lava Flow and rhino sanctuary. The park’s rugged terrain is also home to lions, elephants, leopards, and elands. Dinner and overnight stay will be within Tsavo West.
Tsavo West – Tsavo East National Park
After an early breakfast, proceed with a short game drive as you exit Tsavo West and head toward Tsavo East, one of Kenya’s largest and oldest national parks. Cross into Tsavo East through the Manyani or Voi gate and continue with game viewing as you drive toward your lodge or camp. Known for its red-dust elephants and the Yatta Plateau – one of the world’s longest lava flows – Tsavo East offers a unique and untamed safari experience. Enjoy an afternoon game drive to explore the park’s main features, including the Lugard Falls, and Aruba Dam, before retiring to your lodge Dinner and Overnight.
Tsavo East – Mombasa
On your final day, rise up early for a sunrise game drive, a perfect time to spot predators on the move and herbivores grazing under golden light. After breakfast, begin the journey toward Mombasa with game viewing en route to the park’s exit. The drive to the coastal city takes approximately 3 hours, depending on the gate used and road conditions. Upon arrival in Mombasa, you’ll be transferred to your beach hotel or resort, marking the end of your safari and the start of a relaxing seaside retreat on the shores of the Indian Ocean.
